⚠️ Things to Consider

Like all growing areas, Summerlin West is still under development — expect construction activity for the next few years.
The 215 Beltway/Summerlin Parkway expansion may cause temporary traffic slowdowns, but will significantly improve access once completed.

And while east- and west-facing lots bring plenty of sunlight, east-facing homes often reward you with unobstructed Strip views at night.
